Here you don't want to be too early, because you want to load the liver with contrast and it takes time for contrast to get from the portal vein into the liver parenchyma. In aterial phase imaging the time window is narrow, since you have only limited time before the surrounding liver will start to enhance and obscure a hypervascular lesion.įor Late portal venous phase imaging it is different. So you start scanning at about 33 seconds, which is much later. However if you have a 64-slice scanner, you will be able to examine the whole liver in 4 seconds. If you have a single slice scanner, it will take about 20 seconds to scan the liver.įor late arterial phase imaging 35 sec is the optimal time, so you start at about 25 seconds and end at about 45 seconds. You have to adapt your protocol to the type of scanner, the speed of contrast injection and to the kind of patient that you are examining. This is comparable to late enhancement of infarcted scar tissue in cardiac MRI. There is wash out of contrast in all abdominal structures except for fibrotic tissue, because fibrotic tissue has a poor late wash out and will become relatively dense compared to normal tissue. Sometimes called "wash out phase" or "equilibrium phase". Only in this phase you will be able to detect small renal cell carcinomas. This is when all of the renal parenchyma including the medulla enhances. In this phase the liver parenchyma enhances through bloodsupply by the portal vein and you should see already some enhancement of the hepatic veins. Although hepatic phase is the most accurate term, most people use the term "late portal phase".

i always see halo get the credit for this but never medal of honor. it can be set up to control just like a modern shooter. i think the controls have aged much better because of the playstation having the option to use the dual analoge controller with the game. it had very similar character to goldeneye like for example how the menus are set up like books and file folders. I also really liked the level design and the settings for the missions and all the objectives. Now follow the small path behind here and shoot the guard to the left of you. Walk in this area and get small med-pack and some SMG rounds. Walk a small ways under the bridge and to the left behind a rock is a guard so shoot. i actually remember having a lot of fun with the multiplayer even though you can only have two people and it doesnt have as many maps as goldeneye. Walk to the rope bridge and kill the 2 guards there. sometimes you find soldiers laying down for a little nap and they can ambush you. they also dive to the ground and roll away from your shots. they throw grenades at you without killing themelves and even throw yours back at you. the AI is much better and enemies will take cover behind objects and lean out from behind walls. Mostly i will be talking about medal of honor underground because im playing it again and my copy of medal of honor has always been damaged so it wouldnt load to a certain mission and i never got to finish it.įirstly i thought the stealth missions in MOH were better than goldeneye and being able to go undercover made me feel like a spy. i will take pixels up close and bigger textures over small blurred z-buffered textures but thats just me. ok so multiplayer was limited to two people but the single player was loads better and in my opinion, like most of PS1 games, the graphics were better. i know that goldeneye is three years older but i never see medal of honor the original or underground mentioned in the same vain as goldeneye and i never understand why. i think it was because i had already played medal of honor underground on the playstation. i loved zelda and mario party and multiplayer in goldeneye was great but i was less impressed with goldeneyes single player. zelda ocarina of time, goldeneye and mario party so me and my dad and me and my friends could play. it wasnt long until i played final doom for the first time and my mom was reluctant because of all the blood and gore but my dad was on my side and convinced her i wouldnt become a mass murderer.įor my 11th birthday in 2000 the N64 was very affordable by then and so i asked for that and three games as a gift. by the time i was old enough to play my dad owned a playstation and i remember my first gaming moments were with tomb raider and crash bandicoot. some of my earliest memories are of me sitting on my dads lap as he played zelda and metroid on the NES and donkey kong country on SNES in the early 90s. Note: There is no reason why iAssemblies and iCopy couldn’t be used in conjunction with each other (although the thought is pretty mind boggling!). Unfortunately, there is currently no option to choose how the iCopy tool handles the file name incrementsĪn iCopy assembly is best used when the shape of the design is likely to change rather than the configuration. ICopy handles the creation and naming of the new assembly file and all its component parts. ICopy can also be used to automate adding patterns of Assemblies, like rungs on a ladder or curtain walling panels. The iCopy Assembly is referenced to the skeleton part using Autodesk Inventor’s adaptivity feature and will update when the skeleton part updates. ICopy assemblies are used in conjunction with a skeleton part (much like the Frame Generator). An iAssembly is usually used to create a number of variations controlled by a master table. ICopy is different from an iAssembly, in that the iCopy tool creates infinite sizes of a design from a template Assembly. Beginning with Inventor 2011, iCopy is included in the program. Note: iCopy is a new tool that was added to Inventor as an Autodesk Labs plugin for Inventor 2010. #ICOPY SIZE MISMATCH HOW TO#This exercise demonstrates how to use iCopy to create an adaptive sheet metal cladding panel. The iCopy tool uses adaptivity and skeletal modeling to automate the process of copying and positioning similar components within an assembly. However, if you know in advance that you will want to create an assembly that has many variations in size and shape-Autodesk Inventor’s iCopy tool could be just what you need. If you’ve ever tried copying and reusing an Autodesk Inventor® assembly, you know that it can be a fiddly job.
